FAQ
How do I sign up for the courses?
- Click on the course you would like to purchase or sign up for.
- Click add to basket.
- Once you are chosen your courses, click on ‘view my basket’.
- If you have received a coupon code, add this in now.
- Click on ‘proceed to check out’.
- Fill in your details and click the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions.
- Click on ‘place order’.
- You will be redirected to make your payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your purchase.
- Go to the ‘my profile’ page / ‘courses’ to start the course.
- Click on the ‘start course’ to take you to the course page.
- Then click on the ‘start course’ button in the top right corner to start the course.
How to I get my certificate?
You can access your certificates on the ‘my profile’ page.
Can I get a certificate on the free courses?
Not all the free to access courses provide certificates. If there is a free version and a paid for version on the course, then the free version does not provide a certificate.
I am an FCS client, how do I get free access to the courses?
Send us an email to info@foodconsulting.co.za using your company email address, include all your contact details, so that we can verify who you are. Once completed we will be in touch with instructions.
